The impact of their collision sent a jolt through Cadaver's body, but he quickly recovered, his instincts kicking in as he attempted to roll in order to break free from the tangle of limbs. He felt Redrum's teeth graze his fur as the older boy tried to retaliate, but Cadaver managed to twist away, avoiding any major mistakes in his recovery. He grit his teeth at the raking of teeth across his skin, but he wasn’t about to be disuaded.
With a playful growl, Cadaver sprang back to his feet, his tail flexing over his back with renewed excitement. He circled Redrum, his mismatched eyes gleaming with amusement and determination. "Not bad, Red! But you'll have to do better than that!" he taunted, his voice filled with playful challenge.
With a sudden burst of energy, Cadaver launched himself towards his unsuspecting friend once more, determined to take him down and claim victory in their heated game. His mind was consumed by the thrill of competition, pushing him to strategize and outmaneuver his fiery companion- or at the very least, give it his all in trying. In reality, trying to master the legs that were growing faster than what he knew how to manage was proving more difficult in the boggy ground than he cared to admit. But what he lacked in coordination, he certainly made up in tenacity.
