Her fangs find purchase but Lucette knows that victory is not assured yet. The dog fights with the savagery of a beast protecting her pack. There are no words between the women, not that it was likely either would have listened to the other. There is only their bodies grappling, and though Lucy knows she will walk away from this beach bloodied, she does not intend to make any victory against her easy. Giving up her hold, Lucette intends to tear into the flesh of the other woman just as fangs ripped across her own. She feels them slash her neck, the dog going for whatever she can grab, and Lucette mimics the action, aiming for the woman’s side, back, anything within that general vicinity she can grab. Growls come from beneath her as Ink snaps and swipes toward the woman’s forelegs while risking tangling herself up in Lucette’s own. One of them would have to yield and break away from the other, but which women would that be?
