Appearance:
A perfect example of a koi. She inherits her mother's silky fur which is perfect for the warmer climates but does set her at a disadvantage in colder weather. Her stark white fur is hallmarked koi with a brilliant golden marking over her head and down her neck. More golden orange and yellow markings are scattered over her back and small flecks of rich black are strewed sparsely among them.
She is gracefully... Clumsy, she hasn't needed to survive by her looks as yet so while she does watch her mother and sisters exude their natural elegance, she pines for their composure.
As an adult, she'll eventually find her feet from under her but she'll be somewhat of a late bloomer.
Her nose and skin are a rich black and her eyes reflect the golden rays of the sun.  
Soft high notes mark her voice when she finally decides to use it. She will eventually learn to adjust her gaze to speak for her, as she prefers to keep her speech to her closest confidants.

Personality:
Naturally timid, Asahi prefers to let others make their assumptions about her. She is willing to go with the flow and follow the currents of life without fighting it unnecessarily. This could result in allowing herself to be walked over and easily manipulated while her meekness and empathy leads her to trust easily.
She allows others to assume her to be vapid and witless for the time being, especially as she prefers to abstain from speaking as much as possible. But she's picked up her mother's natural talent of observation, though her assumptions may be subpar until she gains true experience, she gathers information like a sponge and quietly uses it accordingly.
She watches her mother closely and prays she will one day be as beautiful and as well-composed, but she shies away from her father to some extent, finding him and many others very intimidating.
Her anxiety will eventually grow into a warm humility, easing into a quiet wisdom where she sees the balance in all things.

She is also mischievous, perhaps as a way to communicate and tell her family she loves them she's inherently an innocent trickster and delights in getting away with her silent fun. She'll never admit to pulling her sibling's tail.
