Keeneye’s attack was successful, the hawk wheeling upward the moment the man turned his mohawk up toward her. Alexander would slam into the man, succeeding in winding him, and making himself stagger from impact. His opponent’s horn slashed his cheek as Alex turned his head away to attempt further damage from horns or fangs. But by the time he got his eyes back on his opponent, Diablo had his dexterous paws wrapped around his throat. Alexander’s eyes went wide with surprise as he shifted his weight onto his back legs and moved his forelegs onto Diablo’s own. Alex snarled, teeth bared at the other man. He couldn’t do much when he was at bay like this, luckily his badger, Song, was charging forward and braving the man’s dogs as she sought to bite into one of his exposed ankles. Hopefully the shock would be enough to get him to let Alex go!
