The fae ran in, snapping her jaws around the dangling hind leg and pulling hard. The feline roared in pain and dropped to its side, kicking and lashing out at the woman, claws unsheathed. Kaino dodged the flailing, but she'd done just what she wanted. With the cat prone, she dug her teeth into the back of one thick leg, flinging her head from side to side to rip and tear, hopefully creating an opening that Caedes could take to end the life of the weakened cat.
