The bloodlust that coursed between the pair of them was making both adolescents a bit sloppy. Sid's swipe to the boys leg landed, but it didn't cut as deeply as she'd planned. Her claws were still stained with blood though, so that was good enough, she supposed.

A guttural snarl left the boy and he spun, teeth sinking into the back of the pastel girl's neck. Pain burned through her like the self same lava that had taken the fur of her leg. Planting her hind legs, one foreleg came up to swipe hard at the boys knee and hip. It was the only thing that she could really reach from this angle.
