He almost seemed to be holding his breath, unwilling to miss any part of it. Rivin fought with an intensity he had never seen before from her...and likewise from his father. They didn't seem the same as they were just moments before. Like something about them had changed in the blink of an eye. He felt...uneasy. But he refused to let it show.
