She gave a single nod of approval, her tail swishing lightly on the ground behind her like a contented cat. "Very good," she commended. As the last of the herbs were ground into a fine powder, Aurelia pushed the mixture to the side of the rock and started to clean off the remaining residue from her pestle with gentle strokes. "Now, tell me," she began, her voice sounding gentle yet commanding, like the whisper of the northern winds through tall trees. "Do you know how to properly administer this sedative?
