King of the hill

For a brief moment, Saracyn locked eyes with his sire as Alastor hung onto the thrashing bear's back. There was a surprise, but also a delight and feral glee in the old wolf's eyes, and the excitement to share this fight with Sara was tenable. Saracyn grinned back up at his father, his smile equally as bloody from the chunks of flesh he'd pulled from the bear's side. Now this was more like a game than a chore! While the bear rose up to try and throw Alastor off of it, Sara watched Al switch his tactics and instead start going for the bear's heels. He caught onto the plan immediately, and while his sire fought to topple it, Saracyn decided to employ the help of physics and gravity. Taking a couple steps back, the dire brute charged at the grizzly and lunged into its belly with all his might, sending his full weight crashing into the top heavy predator like a battering ram. The force of the impact coupled with Alastor's pulling of its stocky legs was all it took, and in the next moment, the grizzly was toppling backwards onto its back, exposing its vulnerable underbelly to the two wolves. They had it on the ropes now!
