It wasn't often that Wendigo had gotten down this way, though it hadn't been unheard of. Eligos' homeland had been this general direction, so they'd done some wandering here as a band before Eligos had disbanded them and Wendigo had left his family. He hadn't really been here though, and he was absolutely enchanted as he explored the various bones decorating the landscape. Some of them were old - startlingly old, creatures he'd never seen nor heard of before. Some were fairly fresh and recognizable, ranging from wolves to elephants. It was fascinating - and too bad that it was taboo to claim it, because he'd be tempted to make a pack just so he could do so. Alas. Well, a band fit his plans far better anyway than a pack would.
Sauntering further, he made the decision to use the lands as they had traditionally been used for untold generations - raising his muzzle, he called out for an opponent to test his skills against.
