Oh, the little roll of her eyes. He could tell she was fighting back a smirk, flirtation undertones lacing her words, which made his smirk widen. She was slowly becoming more comfortable with him. He was so engulfed in the undercurrent of their bantering, he hardly paid attention to her teachings. Still, he’d tuck them away for later- he had no intentions of rolling onto the ice and sliding around on his belly like a penguin. Even if it would make her laugh. Oh, and her comment, it made him laugh- deep baritones rumbling from his chest, as he stared down at Aurelia. “I’ll keep that in mind.” He’d banter. If only he could prove her wrong.
Nodding in agreement, he shifted away from the thinner ice- skating around and looking for the dark spots she mentioned. Finding one, he stopped and tested it with a paw- and sure as hell, it cracked beneath his weight. Interesting. It’d be hard to look for, in the middle of a battle- or, while being chased by an opponent. But it was a good characteristic to look for, so he kept in the back of his mind.
