The boy stumbled when she threw her weight against him, and Corbie went to bounce back away from him, to put some distance between them and get out of his reach, but she felt the sudden shock of teeth meeting in the muscle of her back, partway down, as he lashed out and brought her to a halt. Gasping against the fiery pain she reared and twisted her upper body towards him, bringing her forehead down as hard as she could towards the bridge of his nose. She didn't want to hurt him, he was still so young, but a good hard rap to his nose shouldn't do any lasting damage.
