Nelu busied himself on seasoning his clay, getting it to the right consistency for the pottery he intended to make. Focused on his work he was surprised to hear the challenging call ring out across the fields outside the castle. A resources challenge. A raid. Nelu's eyes narrowed and he swiftly moved to done his armor and weaponry, not worrying about the clay and silt that stained his paws.

He arrived to a mess of fights going on around him and knew at this point negotiation was pointless. His keen eyes hunted for a an unpaired warrior when they rested on a girl about his age and height though much lighter in build. A fine set of horns adorned her head and she seemed a good opponent. Nelu charged, coming at the woman's right shoulder at a perpendicular angle. He sought to throw his chest forward into the outside of her right shoulder while at the same time his fangs sought to catch her scruff at the back of her head.
