Calico Jack stalks through the land, deadly intent flashing with every broken sunbeam the cutlass he carries reflects in the dying light of the day. Today, he is Raider, through and through. A small male approaches him and the young man slows his pace to watch with quiet disbelief as the fates seem to keep throwing small opponents in his path. The wolf-dog rushes at him and he allows it, allows the man to approach and even to bury his horns into the meat of his forelimb.

Excitement thrills in his veins as pain sparks to life in his brain and he leers down at the male, sharp edge of cutlass flashing above his neck. Jolly Roger descends from the sky, working to deter the sheep companion of the man so that the wolves may fight in peace. Muscles move like water over stones, rippling along smoothly as he places weight onto his newly injured limb so that the long leg opposite of it can shoot out.

Calico Jack seeks to try and trip the male by placing his leg behind on of the man’s own while, at the same time, he smoothly slides the sword down and to the side in an attempt slice the dog’s neck. Today, no quarter will be given because these wolves have met them with force and they will be given the same treatment.
