In all the time he lived in Fenmyre he was pretty sure there was just one raid and now here in Valta this was what... his third? Fourth? He was loosing track at this point. He didn't know what made this pack such a target. Regardless, he was quick to toss on his armor and give a quick whistle for his companions before he went charging off toward their intruders, knowing that Tira would be at his heels soon enough. By the time he reached where the fighting had kicked off a good number of wolves had already engaged with their opponents so he was left to scan the chaos and look for an opening.

He found his answer in the form of a younger woman with a pale coat that was splotched with gray and tan, a set of antlers curling back from her head. All of them were going to have to be fought at some point so he didn't bother looking around for another option and instead bounded forward toward her as he set his defenses–ears back, eyes narrowed, scruff bunched... all the usual fare. He lowered his head as he neared her and aimed a bite toward the upper part of her left foreleg while turning to jam his shoulder into her chest at the same time. He knew that would leave his scruff open to her, but he knew that it was impossible to guard against all attacks in a situation like this so it was more about mitigating the damage where he could and he didn't want to put himself on the receiving end of those horns.
