She could have gone farther on toward the north, but the gulley was pretty. Well, not as pretty as it would be in the spring or summer, but the late blooming flowers were still something to look at. Plus she had gotten pretty hungry and after taking down the boar that had been digging up some roots, she was getting rather tired. Tired enough that skinning the boar and dragging some of its meat onto a stick and over the small fire her companions had helped her start, she was near ready for bed. Was traveling always going to be so exhausted? She would at least need to stay up late enough to smoke the rest of the meat before it rotted...
Letting out a wide yawn, Bramble watched the darkening gulley. Leaning back, she finds it peaceful and interesting. Birds swoop into the trees to be replaced by bats with their leathery wings and loud chirping. Hopping rabbits replaced with grazing deer. Soon other predators would appear as well that left her slightly on edge. Predators such as wolves like herself and... this other one she sees stumbling down the gulley's sloped hill. Bramble's brow furrows in confusion as she watches the other wolf continue to stumble in a lost fashion.
Concern lights within in Bramble and pushes her up onto her paws and hurriedly over to the girl. The scent of booze is strong and makes her muzzle wrinkle. Without consent though she invades the girl's space and leans her shoulder against the stranger's. "Whoa, don't think it's a good idea to keep going on, do you?" Bramble says softly, bracing herself against the drunk girl to try and steer her more toward the camp she'd made instead of further into the gulley.
