The guy he was attacking had something the young Hellhound did not expect. While yes, he hit his mark and the pair were chest to chest, Diablo did not expect the older male to pull out a goddamn sword! Diablo's eyes went wide as he quickly did his best to rise up on his hind legs and made a bid to throw his arms around Nao's neck, the sword biting into the hardened leather of his foreleg bracer, but he was still able to feel the sting of it as it managed to cut through and leave a biting cut on his foreleg. He bit back a yelp of pain, especially since he had managed to grab his opponents muzzle and he was unwilling to relinquish his hold on him. Snarling through flesh and blood, his opponent would shove against his chest, but Diablo ignored the dull claws of the man as adrenaline and rage coursed through him.

He had to win today! He swore he was going to lose his shit if he kept on fucking losing! His father was likely to disown him at this rate with all his goddamn failures, though Diablo was unsure whether that would be a blessing or a curse for him...As Nao's claws pushed into his skin due to both males pushing against one another, Diablo could feel them biting in and would surely bleed if they weren't already, but he wasn't willing to risk taking a look. He didn't care, honestly. With a snarl, he sought to tighten his bite and twist his head to the side in an attempt to force the males head to twist down as well. Diablo refused to give the man an inch, not when he had him in such a compromising hold! He had to win. He fucking had to!
