flare, cougar fight

It had been a while since she had crafted anything from the pelt or bones of an animal. She longed to get back at it, to try and make something new. Maybe one of her children would appreciate a new fur or perhaps a weapon? She didn't know, but if they were then she would be happy to make it for them.. or ideally with them. Bonding with her children was her new favorite hobby now that she was back to herself and though she knew she could never get that time back with them, she was certainly trying to make up for lost time.
Resting atop one of the many hills, there was a herd of buffalo beneath her that she knew better to take on alone. Hell, even one other partner would still make it a tough battle. What she would do to have the pelt of one though, or the horns even. She could get so much made from such a large specimen, but she knew it wasn't in the cards today. However, it appeared that a cougar wasn't nearly as smart as she. Chuckling as it was ran off by the herd, she hardly expected it to retreat up her hill.
Widow stood to make her presence known and growled at the cougar, however that seemed to only piss it off further. Snapping her jaws, her teeth clicked in a second warning to the feline but it wasn't backing down from two fights in a row. Lunging for the woman, Widow side stepped out of the way quickly and snapped at the felines tail, grabbing it between powerful jaws and tugging. Though granted, it wasn't the greatest idea as the feline turned and clawed at her hip. One yank of the tail though and the feline was sent rolling back down the hill. She stood and watched, assuming the cougar to retreat from this battle as well, but much to her surprise... it didn't. And up the hill it climbed again. Widow sighed and stood her ground, hoping that climbing the hill would exhaust the stupid cat.
"Speech!"
