Flare was crafting rabbit pelts into bedding when a cougar rolled down the hill, and almost hit him. He jumped to his paws, the pelts falling into the mud to the side of him. He huffed at them, and then at the cougar, expecting a fight - when it charged back up the hill instead. What the fuck? “Oye! Answer for your crimes” he yelled at the beast, following it up the hill. There, he found a gold trimmed wolf with eyes almost as light as his own. Pretty.

He leaned forward and swiped the back of the cougar's legs out from under it, and it fell. Almost over the hill again, but it caught itself before rolling. He grinned at the angry cat as it turned, hissing and spitting at him.
