Too early to be morning

The thrill of the danger arced through Wendigo as the bear turned to swat at him in retaliation. He threw himself into a low crouch barely in time to avoid the blurred paw. A deep laugh bubbled out of his parted jaws, eyes alight. The other wolf took up the fight, though Wendigo had not counted on it, and the bear turned towards the retreating wolf with a frustrated bellow at being attacked from two sides - a frustration that Wendigo quickly added to, as he popped back up to swipe metal claws across the bear's ass with a wild, manic burst of laughter and a wide grin.
