Despite their differences in size, Charlton held his own against his weight. The tawny wolf was stockier than he was and that extra bulk was clearly an assist in a shoving match. Bas grunted as he put his shoulder into it, leaning heavily into the younger wolf.

Charlie went for an attack, he saw the moment he lashed forward with his fangs, going for the softer flesh below his neck. With his head lowered, Basilisk took the opportunity to attempt an attack against Charlie’s scruff. With the intention of this spar ending without any serious injuries, he knew controlling the other wolf's scruff would go a long way to ending things. With that in mind, he let Charlie take the bite against his skin.
