He briefly glanced at her, a brow raised as she asked if it was ready and if she could help. He bit back a sigh. Why, out of everyone in the pack, did he get someone that talked so much? He just wanted to work in peace! He swore he couldn't concentrate enough for this! So instead of saying anything, he pointed to a jar above her head, then pointed at the bowl. Hopefully, she'd get the hint. And to his surprise, she did. She poured the contents of the jar into the bowl for him, and he mashed it up faster now. Though he paused to sniff it for a second, debating whether or not this would be a good mix, but it had to be. Berries were always good, and ginseng was good for the body, too. No way this would come out terrible! He added a couple more things to thicken it up a little.
As he was finishing it up, she tried to make small talk, telling him who her mother was, and then asking about his mother. "Her name is Voodoo. And yes she's pretty. And I don't play with plants, I work with them. It takes time to learn." He responded. Trying very hard to keep the irritation out of his voice. Finally, he finished, and he sat back and started to wipe his paws on an old cloth. "There, it's done." He wanted to taste it first, but as soon as he went to try it, Saga had swiped it up and started practically inhaling it! "Hey! Not so fast! You might get a stomachache!"
