Surprise, Surprii-iiise...

As Sephiran stood his ground, exuding an aura of dominance and authority, he expected Riot to acknowledge his resolve and revel in the wake of his supremacy. Hell, even Kaino knew how to play the part, if only to satiate that grandiose itch that festered inside of her cousin. Despite her internal musings, Kaino responded with that disarmingly affable expression of hers, utilizing her uncanny ability to keep Sephiran at bay. Wagging her tail, flashing a smile. She’d not interfere, wanting Riot to express her willingness to join their brood in their pursuits.

But Riot didn’t have the same ability to quell Sephiran as Kaino did; in fact, she managed to offend the Sultan. Unwilling to bend to his scrutiny, she wore an expression of indifference and exhaustion, mocking his superiority which earned a low, domineering growl from the male. A malevolent scowl contorted his features, and his eyes dulled with venomous bitterness as he honed in on Riot.

She’d failed to meet his expectations of their reunion, creating a cruel mockery that acted as the catalyst of Sephiran’s anger. “Oh?” He’d seethe, the disappointment festering into a fury that threatened to consume everything in its path. Moving forward, Sephiran is quick and relentless, wanting to barrel straight into the girl and initiate a force claim.


But Kaino quickly cuts the fuming tyrant off.
