Oleander took his cue and dove into the soft under belly of the great bear. As the bear reared up on its hinds, dragging Bas with it, Oleander clasped his fangs into the flesh behind the bear's arm. He brought his back feet up to push against the bear as he ripped the skin fold of its underarm away from it upside down. He landed on all fours from the flip, dumped the flesh on the ground, and jumped back up to sink his teeth in to its opposite thigh, ducking as the bear swiped at him and tried to claw at Bas.
