As soon as Wylan leaped on its back and dug his claws into its fur, it whipped around trying to claw and roar at the winged wolf. Ollie dove in with his own attack, latching behind the cat's jaw and trying to drive it further to the ground. The cat whipped around again, this time at Ollie and the white wolf lost his grip as the cat raked a heavy paw over his shoulder, and dragged its claws down his side and briefly over his ribs. He pulled himself back to avoid the cat's own aim at his jugular then made a swipe at its face with a snarl.
