I'm On Top of the World

Alena was perhaps the most surprised by the appearance of one of her own children at the meeting. The small black form of her little Calix appeared not long after her call rang into nothing, stumbling over his own paws and bumping into her forelegs happily. His sister Jian soon followed, beaming up at her with her sky blue gaze. Alena chuckled and settled down onto her haunches, using a forepaw to pull the pups closer to her and licking each of their foreheads with affection. "What do you think you do are doing here, hmm? You silly pups." She sat with her children on either side of her, waiting to see who else would show.

Soon another wolf appeared, though this was not a fea she had seen before. So her call did reach some of the unclaimed wolves of the land after all. The lady was covered in a coat of white, black, and a soft color that resembled honey. "I am Alena, the new Madame of Amenti. And who might you be?" she asked, wondering who it was that had wandered into her territory. Would this fea want to join the ranks of her pack? She supposed only time would tell.
