The seal slid into the noose and the pair of ladies both smiled toothily. Kai continued after it, frightening the beast over the edge and down to its death. That had been terribly easy. Maybe it was because the pair worked so well together. Having grown up so close, it was possible that they knew what the other would do before they even did it. Best hunting sisters ever!

Kai moved forward and looked over the edge, eyes narrowing as she searched for the indicator driftwood bobbing on the water. It would be easy to see when the seal stopped its shenanigans. The wood would stop moving and they would haul the dead thing back up.
