His unconventional approach to destabilizing his opponent succeeded! Toppling over the other male Ollie laughed exuberantly! His spine tingled with exhilaration.
He leaped off his defeated foe and a clack-clack above him from his white raven, Eterna, alerted him to his teacher barreling straight for him.

The youth was ready for her as she called his name, he flicked his tail and slunk into his battle pose. A playful smile stretched his dark skin lips. He strafed along, keeping her in view, his lanky limbs always moving as she taunted him.

When she surged forward he darted off center toward her, meaning to avoid the grapple and graze her bright white shoulder with his Polar Bear skull helm to rake his teeth through her fur. His thick hide cape would shield his neck and shoulders from oncoming blows. As the youth slid past her he would hook his arm under her legs and attempt to destabilize her footing then throw his weight against her with his hip in one move.

Turning tightly his slender body whipped around and he would leap to grapple her on his terms, his teeth aiming to hold her throat and his paws to pummel her legs.
