Get ready

Being a pack wolf generated emotions Jynn hadn't had to contend with before. Namely a sudden need to be not only useful but proficient. She'd never cared what anyone thought of her or her skills but now she could feel the eye of the higher ranked on her back, watching, making sure she was worthy of her rank. Jynn couldn't help but wonder if she was. Part of her new rank as Taicho would be to train her alpha's pups in the art of battle. In order to do that she needed to refresh her skills. She'd spent most of her time wandering and avoiding conflict. It was time to train.

Jynn headed to the Boneyard in search of an opponent. Shortly upon her arrival she heard a call from another wolf seeking out a fight. Perfect timing! She altered her course to arrive before a pale-pelted and heavily built man. Jynn dipped her head in greeting. "I will take you up on this challenge." She set her defenses, in particular making sure to pin her ears to her head and tuck her tail underneath her body.
