It didn't come as a surprise when she moved to use her size to the advantage, moving quick to initiate a grapple between them. A growl settled in his throat as he twisted to lunge at her, snapping his jaws in warning, not trying to connect just yet. They were supposed to play nice, for one reason or another. His spines bristled at the scruff of his neck, moving forward to meet her in the middle of the grapple, his talons tensing and flicking forward, looking to make purchase against her skin.
