Change, adapt, overcome

For the most part, Irilyth kept to herself and out of the way of everyone else. She was around when needed, but otherwise existed in the background alone, like a ghost amongst the crowd of Elysian wolves. It was how she preferred to operate, not drawing any attention to herself, especially not after the last time she'd interfered in Mendacium affairs. She did miss her time spent with Manea, but she understood that the former Matriarch had such a large family and a husband to spend all her retirement time on, so she accepted her lot in life without complaint. When Avacyn and Deimos called for the meeting, she was there, smelling faintly of the herbal poultices that she'd been preparing. Not one for crowds, Irilyth stuck to the outskirts of the meeting area, still visible and present, but keeping to herself while she watched everyone else from the sidelines.
