Still without a place to call a home of her own, the fox colored female searched the land. All the traveling was making her hungry and she was drawn to a forest, forests always had food. Her small form made her way though the dense forest, it was no easy task but it wasn't quite hard either. She had always learned to walk carefully, to make each step a step she would not regret and to hold herself proudly. All of that she did as her icy blue eyes searched for tracks below the brush. A place not easy for hunters to reach most likely meant more preythings. Her hunch was right as she soon saw tracks of what was most likely a rabbit.
"No doubt you will be hard to catch here, but I will find you." She thought following the tracks. For a moment she paused catching scent of another wolf, a she-wolf by the smell. Isabella hesitated, if the other wolf was there maybe they were hungry and just maybe they could hunt together. Her ears rose higher as she heard soft giggling, the wolf sounded friendly enough so she decided to go check it out.
It wasn't long before she saw the lean female, larger than herself but perhaps not older. Watching from a distance she took in all she could about the wolf. The wolf seemed happy enough but it did not seem as alert as she. "You should be more careful. You don't know if others are around. No wolf should ever drop their guard in a new land." Though her advice came off as emotionless and cold she meant well. She only wanted to show she was not a threat to the female, even if her cold response could have been taken as a scolding or even something snobby. "And perhaps if you are more silent, more alert, we could help each other." Though it did not sound it, this was a kind offer that she hoped the overly happy wolf would take interest in.
