If Walls Could Speak

Fia made not a sound as she hopped across the wooden stepping stones of the forest, being sure to keep in the trees when she needed and avoid icy surface of the waters below the best she could. It was one of the perks of her retractable claws. The ability to stay silent even when she used them for grip on the trees.

She too had her target as the scent hit the air, and her method was stealth. That was, until the deer was bounding from her view. She jumped ahead, making a line to catch it off guard in the distance. She should have noticed the massive brute that was chasing the deer with her, but she was lost inside her head not so much similar to him but in the way that her one goal was to bring the deer down.

She bounded across the roots flawlessly until she met with the deer at a T. Flying forward and latching on to it's withers with an aggressive pull, flipping it over and ready to go in for the kill. Little did she know the brute was just a couple strides behind, having a quick opportunity to hop onto the deer before she could dive back into it. Teamwork at it's finest.
