Won't Clam Up

Jynn trotted down the beach, suddenly jumping as a spray of water shot up from the sand. She scrambled back, large ears flicking forward as she gazed down. Yup, she was willing to bet there were clams here. Lifting a paw she slapped it down on the ground. Immediately a few more streams of water spit up out of the sand. Jynn giggled. Score!

Jynn started to dig, tossing sand every which way, pausing only when a voice called out to her. "Hello! I'm digging up some clams for breakfast. You're welcome to join me if you want. The name's Jynn."
