Ysmir relaxed onto his haunches as Krah’s call seemed to bring someone from out of the shadows. The young wolf seemed quite hostile, though Ysmir couldn’t decide why. He had long since lost the scent of the Hallows. He tilted his head slightly in greeting as the man let out a call for another. He didn’t smell of a very high rank, so he likely couldn’t have helped Ysmir to begin with anyway. The Saxe descendent sat confidently, not easily intimidated. Before he could do anything another loped to where he sat with Krah as Barenziah circled above.
The woman that appeared seemed much less hostile as she gave him her full attention, introducing herself. Ysmir didn’t miss that her name was the same as his own sire’s. The Finnvi mostly ignored the young male’s aggression as he lowered his head in a respectful greeting to the she wolf, who he could easily assume had a higher rank. He said nothing as always before gesturing to the white fox at his side.
”A pleasure.” She started with her own swift nod. ”My mute master here is Ysmir Finnvi, son of Chaos Saxe. We heard of your dwelling here and curiosity brought us to the border. Perhaps to find a place among family.” Ysmir nodded along, assuring the wolves that what Krah said was true. Most of his immediate family had scattered to the wind, so he wanted to cling to whatever he could find.
