The hunting party all followed his lead. Each one moving in unison. Their scents mingling in with that of the Buffalo itself. Such situation drove a powerful force of adrenaline through pumping veins. Blood rushing through the small tunnels to increase the speed of a hunter’s heart. Nostrils flared against the overwhelming emotions.

Back paws pressed into the snowy ground as he launched himself across the distance. Paws beating like drums under every step. Leaving their indentation behind. He snarled out in alarm for the others to join. The pregnant mother quite late in her reaction stumbled over thick hooves. Attempting to get away from the burley beast coming towards her. Cifarelli lunged forward to sink his teeth into the fleshiness of her side. Using majority of his weight to try and topple the cow over. With the added body being protected inside, he knew it would take more than himself to end this hunt. It did not stop him from shaking his head to open up the current wound.
