Remember Back When

​​Ely opened her eyes, erasing the hold the memory had on her. Those times were long gone from her life. While it was alright to look back on them fondly. She didn’t care to dwell on memories of her parents or siblings.

Ely met talyssa gaze again. She didn’t feel like it was her memories exactly that made her who she was. It was how her mother sculpted her. She didn’t often spend time reminiscing over her past.

But she nodded to the woman, standing up to leave, she shot the Sidi woman a look - it’s time to go. Before she left.
