Oleander excitedly bounds beside Wylan and his packmates. His endurance had grown and his rippling muscles had lengthened since the last raid. His steel-capped claws were loaded with a mild abrasive poison this time and as he crested the hill to look upon their new battlefield, he pulled his polar bear skull helmet over his head and shifted the thick fur cape over his shoulders. He was ready!

He let Basilisk lead the way and followed behind him. How far would he get before his first opponent would appear? He wanted to see how these farmers drew up arms against a threat!

"Let's go, show me what you got!" He barked, as he leaped over a growing tuft of plants.
