The world was dipping toward evening, but with spring came longer days and the sun still cast light into their den as she began to wrangle their children together to have dinner. She knew that some mothers had many more children than they had at a time and she had all the sympathy in the world for those parents. For the most part their children were wonderful, but they certainly had strong wills and their own ideas of what they should be doing. Just as she was serving each of them a portion of the meat she had roasted for dinner with a promise of berries for dessert, a call went out for her from the direction of Firefly Lake. Her ears perked at the sound and the glanced out toward the call for a moment. The voice sounded like Cerberus, but she certainly hadn't been expecting the man to visit. Turning back to Saracyn she leaned over to give him a quick kiss and said, "I'll just go see what he wants, I won't be long."
Trotting out of the den and out to the mainland took a little bit of time, but she moved swiftly so she wouldn't leave Cerberus waiting for too long. When he hadn't returned right away after he left to find Scylla she had simply assumed that he had joined his sister. It was the same assumption that she had made for Albion who had never actually returned to tell her one way or another. She hadn't expected to hear from them again nor did she feel like she deserved that kind of courtesy. Regardless, it was nice to see Cerberus again and as she approached him she offered him a warm smile. "Cerberus, it's good to see you again." As she drew closer she was able to more clearly smell the scent of Obscura on his coat and she added, "I see you found Scylla. I'm glad you were all able to reunite." She was certainly still disappointed that things had not worked out the way she had originally hoped when they all originally joined Elysium, but life had other plans for them apparently.
