If Only You Knew

Vanille was living life through a haze. It had almost become just the way she lived. She didn't know anything else prior to being here, but after Azrael had dosed her everything in her body was starting to settle. She never really felt quite right, but she found a way to function with all of the skills she had known before somehow.

She mostly stayed near the Sidi dens, she wasn't really sure what else was outside of them for her. Occasionally they would pull her for a hunting or crafting task, no complaints. And it gave her something to do she supposed. Today however she was in the more open areas away from the dens laying out different herbs to dry. Now that winter was over, there would be more opportunity for spring herbs. Maybe she'd convince someone to take her out scouting. She didn't think it was too much of an ask, and given the fact she couldn't remember anything to make her want to run that wouldn't be a problem. But for now she would work with what she had. Whatever made her useful she guessed.
