He was still getting used to the prey that lived here in the northern reaches but he figured he and another wolf could easily take down a dall sheep. Such an animal would provide much for the pack, its hide would be soft and supple and the meat would last for many meals. The difficult part was getting another wolf, who wouldn’t have any idea who he was, on a hunt with him.
