Steel and claw

Briar followed at Artorias' side as he led their raid party along the coast and eventually onto the shore of Elysium's home island. She was buzzing with energy and she could feel a similar sort of excitement from the rest of the group. Other than the occasional raid on their homeland they had little experience with offensive fighting so she was eager to see how they did against their ally. She didn't know who all of Elysium would come to meet them, but she knew that a good number of them were ferocious fighters in their own right. Hopefully they were up for a good challenge today. Artorias announced their presence and they began their charge onto the island, making it a decent bit inland before Deimos and Avacyn came charging out to meet them. The leading Mendaciums engaged Artorias and Bramble first so she kept going, scanning the trees and waiting for another of Elysium's fighters to find them.
