As Eltrys launched off her shoulder her paw swung out and met the bone studs on his vest. The force still crashed into him and sent him off his trajectory. The studs thankfully kept him from getting too badly winded as he met the ground. He rolled into the earth further to keep his momentum and let him recover enough to charge back into the fray. He lowered his antlered helm at her shoulder, meaning to offset her stance and pull a leg out from under her. He would leap at her throat for the dominant hold, hopeful to pin her to the ground.
