Coran focused on his recovery. Alas, while he was improving it was not going the way he would have liked. He had taken care to eat and keep himself hydrated and so he now was back to his original weight. But alas, strange symptoms remained. He could feel the lingering soreness in his lower back and the effort it took to get his hind legs to follow his front. The delayed motion left his gait strange and uneven. He'd been reassured that it would just take time and physical therapy but as a new season fell upon the land he began to doubt.
Coran settled down amongst the tall grass near a small creek. The bugs were already out in full force but with the rising heat he wished to be near water, just in case he had a bout of mobility issues.
