A snarl pulls Calico Jack’s attention to a monochrome man making his way through the erupting battlefield and the sword wielding man is quick to square up with them. They circle each other, the sword that he carries keeping the stranger at a distance as the calico wolf mockingly swings it from time to time while watching the stranger’s reaction. Lips peel back as he growls deeply, taunting the male to come and try to attack him when, suddenly, Jolly Roger screeches from the skies, alerting him to the dog that has that circled around behind him just as it leaps to try and grab at his leg.

A flash of blue and gold descends, wings flaring out as it attempts to deter the dog with talons and beak while Jack swiftly dodges to the side, avoiding the attack to his ankle. Another growl rolls past the hilt in his maw as he lunges forward suddenly, aiming to swing his sword toward the other wolf’s face while also trying to press the man back. He is here to fight and this pussyfooting around does nothing for his adrenaline. If the stranger refuses to go on the offensive, than the battle tested calico man is more than happy to do it. A grin tugs at the corner of his lips as he goes.
