It had been ages since she had been here. But with Spring well underway, the lands were blooming and the lake was brimming from edge to edge with one of her favorite snacks. She was sure that her fishing would be bountiful today, and perhaps more than enough to take back home and smoke or dry for later. The Wraith made her way around the bank, looking for the perfect spot beneath the shade of a tree. Lucky for her, there had been a light drizzle earlier that morning and now the bugs would be flitting about the surface, and the fish would be hungry! The perfect opportunity, of course. They'd be drawn closer to the surface. Settling down in her chosen spot near the edge of the water, she began by staring into the water, careful that her shadow didn't hover over the water as she dangled her makeshift chum into the water. |
