i'm hunting wabbits

Sonnet was beginning to find out that she enjoyed hunting. Scurrying after animals that were far faster than herself was more enjoyable than skirmishing with her much larger siblings. She had also found that her brother, Gooey (as she fondly called him), also enjoyed hunting! And learning about plants! Which she also enjoyed. It was nice having someone to tag along with her as she tried to stick her nose in far too many places than it ever belonged.

Today was one of those days. Morning rain showers had subsided just enough in the afternoon for the mothers to be convinced that she and Goetia could go out to the Orchard for some exploration. Toddling along with her larger brother, Sonnet enjoys the quiet lull of the trees as they draw closer. Her eyes soon land on a patch of dandelions that are being munched on by a pair of rabbits. Her tail lifts over her back, wagging excitedly as she nudges Gooey off to the side behind a tree.

"Let's hunt those rabbits!" She whispers as quietly as she can, eagerness in her orange eyes as she looks up at him with a smile. "Think we can chase them or try to surprise them?" Her head tilts, waiting curiously to see what he thought of the plan.
