Despite her reservations about the man, she had to admit that he was putting up a decent fight! The emotions and sometimes intentions of others, or the way they meant things often went right over her head, but if he could give her a good fight, perhaps she'd reconsider her opinion of him, and so far, he was giving her a bit of a run for her money! Her sharpened claw covers managed to cut his foreleg, though her teeth would snap on thin air as he managed to move out of the way. While she was quick on her feet, she wasn't quite quick enough. As she was barely readjusting her stance and replacing her paw on the ground, the larger male retaliated.

She felt a sudden, heavier weight over her back and shoulders as he slammed down on her. She yelped with surprise more than she did pain. "Eep!" She felt suddenly then, teeth looking for a grip over her scruff. With the force of his slam on her, the lighter she-wolf became unbalanced and she started teetering toward the ground. In a last ditch effort, The Wraith twisted her head toward him as much as she could, ripping her scruff away from whatever hold he had on her as her own jaws reached for any part of him she could reach. If she was going down, she was going to try to take him down with her!
