Sinking Seeds

With the smashing of the plant finished, Jiro adds it the bowl for Ellara to mix all together. He watches with patience and interest as the smells of the plants begin to mingle together into something more earthy and rustic. His eyes close for a moment as he inhales deeply, memories of his mother coming to him. She often smelled of something similar from being out in the garden. Not wanting to dwell on such a sad topic, Jiro opens his eyes quickly, glad that Ellara has began speaking again.

"That will be so helpful," he mentions, tail swishing gently as he moves closer to their basin filled with the fertilizer mixture. "I can hold the bowl if you two want to help spread it around," Jiro offers, feeling proud that he would be strong enough to carry such a heavy piece of stone.
