One by one, the young members of the pack began to show up after she called for them. The first being the purple coated yearling she had met prior, and the young girl sat beside her. She waited for the others to settle in before turning her full attention to Eltrys, and shortly after Gav's question did the earthen male begin the lesson. She listened intently, and although she knew absolutely nothing about plants and had no interest in the healing arts, she listened anyway and did her best to pick apart what he was saying. While healing wasn't her forte by any means, there seemed to be an underlying message that she could use for her own knowledge. What he said so far made sense when she broke down each part. And at his question, she waited to see if anyone wanted to answer first, but so far, all there was was Alexandrite sinking into her thick fur. She chuckled at the motion. Was the girl being shy? Or did she not understand? "I'd rather fall into a ditch with a single nettle. I'd stand more of a chance against one, probably less of a chance against many. Even with my thick fur and larger size, a ditch full of stinging nettle would hurt me far more than just the one." |
